A number of academic and special programmes are in place at Isipathana to ensure that the Students receive the best in education.

Classes are conducted for all grades, and multiple streams of specialisation are available at the Advanced Levels.

Isipathana is also unique in being the only College to have a Tamil Education Section from Yea 1 to Year 13
